If you decide to marinate tomatoes for the winter, you do not need to choose exclusively ripe vegetables. You can take the green ones. In addition, garlic, herbs, three liters of water, two hundred and fifty milliliters of 9% vinegar, a few tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of salt, a bay leaf, and dill will be required. Wash the tomatoes, each trimmed neatly and filled with pieces of garlic. Put dill in the jars, put vegetables on them. Make a fill from salt, sugar, bay leaf, fennel, vinegar and water.
