Garnish from potatoes will help in any case

Garnish from potatoes and zucchini

Especially good for this dish is a young zucchini with a small diameter and the same size potatoes. Well, my vegetables are under running water. With a young potato, you can not cut the peel. Cut into round slices of the same thickness, no more than 3 millimeters. In a rectangular shape for baking we lay, alternately alternating, slices of marrow and potatoes.

Ordinary potatoes, but served so ingeniously, will cause a storm of positive emotions among the guests and the domestic ones. To make them, you will need tubers of the same size, about 50-70 grams each. Big to take it is not necessary, after all small mushrooms look much better. Each fruit is thoroughly rinsed with a brush. Peel is not cleaned. Visually divide the potatoes into three parts and make a horizontal incision around the circle, noting the size of the future hat. Turn the potatoes with a cap down and begin to gently cut the excess, forming a leg. We put our mushrooms in a special bag for baking, add a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices and salt. Put the packet in a heated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of not less than 180 degrees. Finished mushrooms take out and lay out on the dish. Sprinkle the legs lightly with nutmeg or black pepper.

If you do not want to bother at all with cooking garnish, then you can simply boil the potatoes, divide it into several pieces, sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped greens, favorite seasoning. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts, and serve to the table. Even just boiled potatoes, poured with oil and garnished with greens, will become a wonderful side dish.
