Fried oyster mushroom - an appetizing dish

Most of us like mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms are really a dish for true gourmets. Not so long ago it began to appear massively on the shelves of stores, although it often grows on diseased trees such as poplar, willow, mulberry, apricot. And it is always noted that oyster mushroom, collected before in the wild, is much tastier than that grown in artificial conditions. This amazing mushroom is not in vain called a dietary product. According to its taste, oyster mushrooms surpass even the well-known mushrooms. Below are the recipes for its preparation.

Grilled oyster mushroom with onion

For cooking, you need 0.5 kg of mushrooms, chopped parsley and dill, 2 onions, pepper, salt, as well as sunflower oil for frying mushrooms. Since oyster mushrooms, the recipe with the photos of which are presented here, are a very delicate product, it is not necessary to boil them before roasting. They must be thoroughly washed out so that sand and other impurities do not come across, dried on a paper towel and cut into strips (1 cm wide). Onion is shredded in half rings and fried in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped mushrooms to the browned onions, and fry them for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Grilled oyster has one peculiarity: with prolonged heat treatment, it becomes "rubber". That is why during cooking it is necessary to constantly try the mushrooms.

At the end of the preparation oyster mushrooms are seasoned with pepper and salt, and after turning it off, sprinkle with herbs. Such mushrooms are not only an excellent side dish, but also a full-fledged independent dish.

Fried oyster mushrooms with salad

Washed and chopped mushrooms must be dried on a paper napkin. In a wide heated pan for 4 tbsp. L. Olive oil fry 0.5 kg of veshenok. After the entire mass of liquid is released from the mushrooms, they are removed from the plate and spread into a separate bowl. Before the end of cooking, the dish is peppered and salted (to taste). Peeled and cut into half rings, the onions are mixed with slices of lettuce leaves. They are added to the fried mushrooms. The remains of olive oil, on which oyster mushrooms were prepared, are mixed with balsamic vinegar. This dressing is filled with mushrooms and lettuce leaves.

Oyster mushrooms in sour cream

Almost everyone knows that most kinds of mushrooms, cooked in cream sauces, are extremely tasty. And oyster mushrooms, fried with sour cream, are an exceptionally tasty and very nutritious dish. For their preparation, such products are needed: 0.5 kg of peeled and chopped mushrooms, 2 tbsp. L. Butter, 2 onions, 150 g sour cream (20% fat content), ground pepper, salt. Dill-lovers can use this spicy herb.

Technology of cooking: cut mushrooms with boiling water, peel onion, cut into half rings. Melt butter in a frying pan. On it, you should lightly fry the onions, then you need to add oyster mushrooms and some water to it. Pour the dish and pepper. Stew the mushrooms for about 0.5 hours. After that, it is seasoned with sour cream and cooked for another 10 minutes. Diced green dill is added after removing the chicken from the fire.
