Fondan is a dish from the French cuisine, which combines a crispy dough of chocolate and a soft, saturated filling inside. How to cook dessert

In order to independently prepare a chocolate fondant, you need to start to find a good, high-quality chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%. After all, this is the most important ingredient in dessert, and if you buy off on chocolate, the chocolate fondant will not turn out the way it should be. So, it is necessary to take:

- 200 grams of butter;

- 200 grams of good black chocolate (cocoa at least 70%);

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 3 chicken yolks;

- 6 tablespoons of brown sugar ;

- 5 tablespoons of flour.

Before preparing the dough, heat the oven up to two hundred degrees. Take the butter and chop into small pieces, and if the butter is soft, just put it in a container and add the chocolate broken on the squares. Then put butter and chocolate on a water bath and stir until the mass turns into a homogeneous and the lumps disappear. Then whip the eggs and three yolks with sugar until the size increases. Add all the flour and beat again a little. In conclusion, add chocolate mass and whisk for the last time. In order to make the finished dessert easier to take, use silicone bakeware or grease those forms that are with oil, and on top put paper for baking. At the end of cooking, you need to pour the dough into small molds and put in the oven for 7-8 minutes, but not more, otherwise the filling will harden, and the desired effect of pulling the filling will not work. Readiness can be determined by seeing that the top of the filling has hardened a little.

After the dessert is ready, it must be served immediately, because the chocolate fondant is only eaten hot. There are many types of feed: with a mint leaf, fresh berries, jam, fruit puree, sorbet or ice cream ball. But the last one is traditional. Moreover, the combination of cold ice cream and melting chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent. But if you decide to fantasize and do it differently, the result will not be worse.
