The foam blocks are a versatile building material. It has a very wide scope of use. Their fame today is characterized by a number of superiorities over other materials. Having a density comparable to the density of wood, they generally do not have chemical elements in their own composition and, as a consequence, are absolutely non-flammable and environmentally harmless. They have excellent indicators of sound and heat insulation, which exceed the performance of the most common materials now - concrete, stone, brick. They are large and light in weight, this makes it possible to significantly reduce the time and labor for the construction of external walls and internal partitions. Such a block is not sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. In our time, in the construction market, we are increasingly offering poor quality material. And as a result, builders do not know what a foam concrete block really should be.

Quality foam blocks are made only from natural materials - sand, cement, organic foam concentrate. Changing the proportions of the components, it is possible to produce different types of foam blocks: for external walls, thermal insulation of roofs, noise and heat insulation of internal partitions, interfloor overlappings, thermowell. The properties of foam concrete depend on the composition, the stability of the structure of the cellular mixture and the conditions of formation. The structure of the mixture is determined by the quality of the previously made foam, which is formed by careful mixing of the aqueous solution with a foaming agent. It must have uniformly distributed pores of optimal configuration and volume. Due to the spongy texture of these blocks in the structures constructed from them, the same climate is created, as in a dwelling of wood. In such a house it will be warm in the cold season, and in the summer - cool because of the low index of thermal conductivity of blocks of foam concrete - this is saving money for heating the building. Foam concrete blocks are laid on a thin layer of special glue, this allows you to save funds in the solution. Dense connection provides almost flat surfaces. These blocks are not heavy and big. For such blocks, a less massive foundation is needed, and this is saving money for transportation, laying the foundation of the house and paying for the work of masons.

Blocks are extremely freely amenable to any kind of processing, this makes it easier to mount internal equipment, for example, plumbing or wiring. The foam blocks are not exposed to rot, due to the ripening of the material over the years they are only made stronger. Do not emit dangerous chemical elements into the atmosphere, fire resistant and winter hardiness. Foam concrete was excellently used in the construction industry for a long time, its way of manufacturing was a secret kept by generations of masons. Since ancient times, medieval builders have added chicken eggs to the laying solution. The point is the property of chicken protein - when it is introduced into the solution on the lime binding component, a foam formation reaction takes place, which draws the air into the solution, and as a consequence, this increases the strength of the entire masonry. Here, thanks to the foam concrete on chicken proteins, the strength of the walls of old temples is made up of legends. The walls of these blocks actually have high thermal and sound insulation values, which provide air filling the pores. Foam concrete blocks serve as a natural regulator of humidity in the premises. If we summarize all the advantages of these blocks, we see that this material exceeds, for example, a brick, but the latter is more popular. However, our people are designed in such a way that better quality is less than good, but proven, rather than a great unfamiliar.
