A simple version of egg pancakes

According to this recipe they will not be difficult to prepare. Yolks give pancakes an appetizing sunny color.

Required components:

- five eggs;

  • Champignons - 200 grams;

Pancakes are fried in a hot frying pan. Turning to the second side, put a small piece of butter. In a frying pan roll the pancake in half and put another piece. A ready-made dish is delicious in itself, but you can serve sour cream, jam, etc.

Egg pancakes taste similar to omelets, but they are more delicate. They can be thick or thin, it depends on personal preferences.
