How to make stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven

For the dish you will need:

- 1 young zucchini medium size, it is better to take a thicker vegetable;
- 150 grams of minced meat or chicken;
- 1 piece onion and garlic (slice);
- 1 egg;
- 4 tbsp. L. Natural tomato paste;
- Olive oil, a little paprika, salt and other spices to taste.

Stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven, are prepared as follows: the main vegetable of our dish is washed, cut along exactly in half and with a spoon, remove the flesh. You should have a "boat" with walls one centimeter thick. It should be salted, sprinkled with pepper, then greased with olive oil and sent to bake in the oven (the temperature set at an average, 180 degrees) for 20 minutes or half an hour. In the meantime, you can begin to make the filling: chop finely onion, fry in oil, when the pieces become rosy, add minced meat to them. Cook the meat for 5-7 minutes, then, of course, salt, sprinkle with pepper and squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything well. At the very end, add a couple of spoons of natural tomato paste and finely chopped greens. Remove the frying pan from the fire, the meat mass slightly cool, beat it with 1 chicken egg. The filling is ready. Take out the "boats" from the slab and fill them with meat. Stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven, you need to cook for another 20 minutes, after which you can serve to the table. It will be an excellent independent second for dinner.

Baked stuffed zucchini with a filling of tomatoes and mushrooms

Of course, forcemeat is a good addition to vegetables, but you can try something new. For example, stuff "boats" with fragrant mushrooms and tomatoes. For a dish, take:

- 0,5 kg of courgettes;
- a little flour;
- 200 g of mushrooms (white or champignons will suit);
- 200 g of tomatoes (this is 2 medium vegetables);
- 150 g of sour cream and spices.

Vegetables prepare in the same way as in the previous recipe: first make "boats", and then send them to bake in the oven for 20 minutes. For the filling cut the mushrooms in small pieces, add and fry in vegetable oil, after that add the cubes from tomatoes, a little flour for the density, mix, stew for a couple of minutes. The filling is ready. Now fill the zucchini cavity with a mixture of vegetables, pour sour cream and send it to the oven. How much to bake stuffed zucchini? In this case, enough and 10-15 minutes, because the filling in this recipe - only vegetables, but they do not require careful temperature treatment. After the dish is ready, it can be served to the table. Pay attention to its low calorie content. Those who are on a diet, it must certainly be included in your diet.
