Troyanovsky Eduard is a successful Russian athlete. On his account, the title of champion of Europe. The article tells about his sporting achievements.

First steps

Eduard Troyanovsky was born in Omsk on May 30, 1980. However, in addition to birth, with this Siberian city of Edward, virtually nothing connects. Even at a young age, parents decide to move to the Eagle. It is there that Edward becomes a sportsman. The first choice was weight lifting. From the fifth grade he was engaged in this discipline in the school section and only at the age of sixteen decided to go into boxing. Vladimir Redin became his coach, with Eduard Troyanovsky engaged in it until he was nineteen years old, until he was drafted into the army, in the part of air defense.

Professional career

Two years spent in the military, did not affect the decision of a guy to professionally engage in sports. After the end of the service in the army, Eduard resumed training and soon he fulfilled the CCM standard on boxing.

In 2005, Troyanovsky decided to tackle kickboxing. And it was in this sport that the first big victories came: he became the champion of the CIS countries, the champion of Europe, the silver and twice-bronze medalist of the world championships. However, despite the victories, Eduard Troyanovsky did not give up hopes of achieving success in classical boxing. The first victory in the professional ring was won in November 2009 over the German Richard Zwarg. Then there were eight more victories, following which Edward became the owner of the title of champion of Europe in the WBO version.

The next turning point for the athlete was the signing of a contract with Russian promoter Sergei Khrenov. After this, Edward's career went up. Titles of champions under the version PABA and WBA have been won. And the main success at the moment is the battle with the Argentine César Cuenca, held on November 4, 2015 in Kazan. By a decision of the judges, a victory by technical knockout was awarded to our boxer. This achievement allowed such an athlete, as Eduard Troyanovsky, to become a world title holder in two versions, IBF and IBO.

Plans

In April this year in Moscow, a significant battle for boxing fans will take place. The opponent of the hero of our article will again be César Cuenco. The first fight ended with Edward's victory, but the coaching staff of the Argentine athlete believed that there was a judicial error, and the Russian boxer should be disqualified. So the upcoming meeting should give an answer to the question of who of them is more worthy of the champion belt. It was he, Eduard Troyanovsky. The boxer has not yet revealed all his potential, and we hope that this will happen.
