A matter of taste: cucumbers in Korean

Cucumbers in Korean - a wonderful summer dish, which is prepared very easily and quickly. For its preparation you will need:
- Bulgarian pepper (red or yellow for contrast) - 1 pc .;
- 30 g of soy sauce;
- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (preferably olive);
- A little salt and black pepper to taste.
Cucumbers in Korean for canning for the winter. You will need:
- Cucumber - 4 kg;
- Carrots - 1 kg;
- 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar;
- 100 g of salt;

- 3 tablespoons sesame oil.
Very tasty stuffed cucumbers in Korean. You will need:
- Cucumber - 2 kg (preferably small size);
- A red apple of medium size;
- Half of red bell pepper;
- A small onion;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- Ginger root - 40 g;
- 1 medium-sized carrot;
- Green onions - 300 g;
- Red ground pepper - 10 g;
- 1 spoon of honey;
- 2 teaspoons of sauce to fish;
- Salt to taste.
As far as eastern cuisine is concerned, I would like to tell you at length about how you can cook fresh cucumbers in Chinese. For preparation will be needed:
- 8 eggs;
- 2-3 cucumbers;
- 100 g of chicken broth;
- 40 g of Maotai (Chinese rice vodka);
- 2 tablespoons of melted lard ;
