Cucumbers in Korean - a wonderful summer dish, which is prepared very easily and quickly. For its preparation you will need:

  • Bulgarian pepper (red or yellow for contrast) - 1 pc .;
  • 30 g of soy sauce;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • bulb;
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (preferably olive);
  • A little salt and black pepper to taste.

And now we are preparing. Vegetables sliced: pepper thin straws, cucumbers in small blocks, onions - rings, garlic - plates. Then mix vegetables with spices and season salad with soy sauce, butter and lemon juice. Pepper here can be replaced with carrots, but the salad in this case will be a bit rougher. Before serving, it is advisable to keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Cucumbers in Korean for canning for the winter. You will need:

  • Cucumber - 4 kg;
  • Carrots - 1 kg;
  • 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar;
  • 100 g of salt;
  • Seasoning for Korean carrots - 1 sachet;
  • 3 small cloves of garlic.

To prepare the marinade mix vinegar, sugar, salt and oil. Garlic is cleaned and finely chopped. Carrots grind on a grater for the preparation of salads in Korean, and cleanse the cucumbers from the peel, if it is thick, and cut off the tips on both sides. Next, put the vegetables in a container, we also add garlic and seasoning, mix and pour the marinade. The prepared mixture is left for 5 hours, then put into a bowl. It is necessary to sterilize for 10 minutes and can be rolled up.

The next dish is roasted cucumbers in Korean. To prepare them you will need:

  • Cucumber - 1kg, it is desirable to choose a variety with fewer seeds;
  • 1 tablespoon of salt;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • A handful of sesame seeds;
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil.

For this salad it is necessary to thinly cut the cucumbers in circles, you can use a grater. Garlic is cut into thin plates. Then sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and leave for half an hour. After this time, you need to rinse the cucumbers well, so that they are not too salty, then squeeze. Mix cucumbers with garlic and put them on a well-heated frying pan, fry for two minutes. Spread on a dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Very tasty stuffed cucumbers in Korean. You will need:

  • Cucumber - 2 kg (preferably small size);
  • A red apple of medium size;
  • Half of red bell pepper;
  • A small onion;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • Ginger root - 40 g;
  • 1 medium-sized carrot;
  • Green onions - 300 g;
  • Red ground pepper - 10 g;
  • 1 spoon of honey;
  • 2 teaspoons of sauce to fish;
  • Salt to taste.

We cut off cucumbers from cucumbers, cut each one along a cross-wise (approximately to the middle), rub it with salt. We put them in the dishes under the press for half an hour. Onion cut into rings, we peel the apple from the peel and seeds, we rub the carrots on the grater. Using a blender, mix the apple, onion, sweet pepper, ginger and garlic. To make the mixture not too thick, you need to add a little water. Then add the sauce to the fish, honey, onions, carrots and mix again, but with a spoon. This will be the filling. Cucumbers washed with water, removing excess salt. Now fill them with a ready-made paste and put it into a bowl that can be sealed. We marin them for two days, and before using it we cool.

As far as eastern cuisine is concerned, I would like to tell you at length about how you can cook fresh cucumbers in Chinese. For preparation will be needed:

  • 8 eggs;
  • 2-3 cucumbers;
  • 100 g of chicken broth;
  • 40 g of Maotai (Chinese rice vodka);
  • 2 tablespoons of melted lard ;
  • salt and pepper;
  • greenery.

In this recipe, instead of vodka in cucumbers, you can add white dry wine. So, cut the cucumbers into cubes, beat the eggs. Then mix them, add vodka or wine, broth and spices to taste. The resulting mixture is placed in a pan with a well-heated lard and fry. Then we pour in 1 tbsp. Spoon of melted fat. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
