We need a few clay pots, in which we will bake them. Due to its compactness, the dish can be piled on the table directly in them. This is very unusual, and dumplings in pots remain hot for a long time. Try to surprise your family and friends.

Homemade dumplings in pots

We will need the following products:

  • For the dough: a glass of hot water, two glasses of flour, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt;
  • For minced meat: half a kilogram of low-fat ground beef, two onions, a glass of milk, salt, pepper;
  • To add to the pot: 200 grams of any mushrooms, butter, sour cream, cheese, water (better broth).

Preparation. First of all, let's do the test. To do this, pour the flour into a cup, pour oil into it, add salt and add boiling water in three turns. Mix the steep dough so that it does not stick to the table at all. Cover it with a film and leave it for half an hour.

And at this time, thoroughly mix the minced meat, combining all the necessary ingredients.

Now you can start to make pelmeni, which are then frozen in the freezer. Then they are fried directly from the cold in a frying pan with the addition of butter. Doing this so that when baked, they do not fall apart and do not stick together. Carefully lay them out on all the pots. In the same frying pan fry the mushrooms to half-cooked and evenly spread from above. Fill all sour cream. We add water so that it slightly covers the mushrooms.
The oven is heated to two hundred degrees and bake dumplings in pots for half an hour. Then finely chop the cheese, sprinkle and bake until it browns.
Ready meal is served to the table.

Pelmeni in pots with liver

This dish is sure to be remembered by your family and friends for its unique taste.

We need: thirty pieces of home or store dumplings, carrots, half a glass of slightly fatty cream, three tablespoons of sunflower oil, two onions, a piece of liver, three glasses of sifted flour, a tablespoon of ground black pepper, two bay leaves, a liter of water, a bottle of ketchup and salt.

In sour cream add pepper, salt, add water, mix well and fill everything. Over spread the pickled onions.
