Meat rolls with cheese

Traditionally, rolls are pastries with a filling, folded into tubes and then cut into pieces. Rolls of ham with cheese and garlic, which will be discussed below, can be prepared in several ways. The simplest of them is as follows: ham (boiled, smoked - at your discretion) is cut into thin, medium-diameter strata or slices. Take any hard cheese and rub on grater. You can pepper it, add cumin. Melon chop the dill and parsley, add to the cheese. Put in our rolls of ham with cheese and garlic and eggs - they boil well hard-boiled, then they are also sent to the grater and mixed with cheese mass. To make the filling more tender and juicy, and also not crumbling, add a few spoons of mayonnaise or a mixture of sour cream and mustard (only carefully, do not overdo it with "sharpened"). For the smell, you should squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic into the garlic. Everything mixes well. If desired, you can add mushrooms. Fold such rolls of ham with cheese and garlic as follows: a slice of meat laid out the filling, folded a tube, and to keep the "structure", fasten it with wooden skewers. If desired, a slice of fresh or pickled cucumber is placed inside. It is deliciously delicious! But the number of products depends on the number of guests. It is cut into layers, slightly repulsed and you can, if you like, marinate. Ham cut into cubes. It's the same with cheese. It's great if you have a prune - it should be doused with boiling water, finely chopped. Or mushrooms - put them out with garlic and onions. In general, as the additional components can come up a variety of products that are combined with meat: caviar from eggplants, pickled peppers or gogoshara (marinated or in honey). So: every plate fillets, if you do not pick it, salt and pepper well. On the edge put the stuffing: ham, cheese and then - what was prepared: whether mushrooms, or caviar, or cucumbers, or plums. Fold off this magnificence with roll, sprinkle with lemon juice, crumble in crackers - and on a greased baking sheet, into the oven. Bake almost until cooked, about 40 minutes.
