In this article we are talking about how to prepare a sauce from the liver. After all, the sauce from this product turns out to be very fragrant, nutritious and tasty.

To prepare you need:

  • Liver - 300-350 g;
  • Carrots - a few pieces;

  • Water - 550 ml;
