The diet for sauerkraut lasts 4 days.

The first day.

Breakfast:
In a bowl with 150 grams of cottage cheese (fat-free) add dill, pepper and salt (if desired, you can dilute with mineral water), spread it on a slice of dietary loaf. Drink 1 cup of brine sauerkraut.

Dinner:
Put sauerkraut (200 grams) and 100 grams of pork on a heated frying pan. Pour a little water, add, according to personal taste preferences, salt and pepper. Stew for about fifteen minutes.

Dinner:
Cut salad from the fermented cabbage (about 150 g.), Halves of cucumber, 4 radishes, 30 grams of ground walnuts, seasoned with yogurt and seasoned with black pepper.

Second day.

Breakfast:
Pieces of medium size cut the banana and pour with yogurt (no more than 150 ml). Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal on top, and add lemon juice.

Dinner:

The third day

Breakfast:

Dinner:
