Desserts from childhood: a recipe for homemade wafers with boiled condensed milk or white custard

This delicacy can be made with any filling, for example with a custard or boiled condensed milk, and it is baked easily and simply. So, the recipe for homemade waffles will remind you of childhood, especially those who spent it in Soviet times, and definitely will have to taste modern children, even if a little spoiled by an abundance of store sweets. The main thing is to prepare them in advance, at least 12 hours before the celebration, then the baking will be slightly soaked with cream and will become even tastier.
Recipe for homemade waffles
For a large portion you will need simple and affordable products:
- 200 g of good butter (it is better to take without adding vegetable fats);
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 300 g of ordinary sugar;
- 250 g of flour.
Cooking a delicious cream for dessert
Eggs or just yolks rub with sugar, add all the flour. The resulting mass is diluted with cold milk and put on medium heat. Cook until thick, for our baking the mass should not be liquid. Add the vanillin. This cream can be filled with wafers, which are already rolled in tubes. In this case, it is best to use a confectionery syringe. If desired, in the custard, you can add a little cocoa or chocolate, a food color (then the filling will turn out to be colored) or other flavoring fillers at your request. It's so easy to make homemade waffles in a waffle iron. The test and filling recipe is simple enough, and the taste will definitely appeal to both children and adults.
