The simplest dish is a sandwich. Even a baby can cope with it. Recipes of sandwiches are amazing with their variety and some can be called a masterpiece of culinary art. The basis of any sandwich is bread. They can be open, simple, complex, closed, hot and snack.

Recipes of sandwiches of each kind differ in their characteristics. For open sandwiches use white and black bread, cut to a thickness of not more than 1 centimeter. For decorating simple use 1 or 2 kinds of different products with bright colors and greens, and for complex selected several types of combined products. · "Muromsky" - are prepared from one radish and carrots, one hundred grams of cheese, rye bread and vegetable oil. We take two slices of bread and fry them in oil until golden brown. We clean carrots, radish and grind on a grater, after which we mix with oil and salt to taste. Cheese is also rubbed as small as possible. For one slice of bread spread the vegetables, sprinkle on top with cheese and cover with a second slice.

· Stuffed sesame buns. For their preparation, you need six rolls, five hundred grams of mushrooms, two legs, two onions, two hundred grams of sour cream, one hundred grams of cream, a spoonful of flour, one hundred grams of cheese, one spoonful of butter. We boil the ham, cool it, cut the meat and chop it up finely. Onions are cleaned and cut, then fry in a pan with chopped mushrooms. We cook until all the juice disappears. Add flour, sour cream and stew. After 10 minutes, add salt and cream. Cool the mixture and mix it with chicken. We take the buns and do not completely cut off the top, leaving the bread cap. Completely remove the crumb and add our mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese, close the lid and bake in the microwave for one minute.

Recipes of open sandwiches.

· "Sandwich with fried potatoes". It is prepared very quickly and does not require a large number of products. Tasty hot and cold. We need a sliced loaf, one egg, one potato, salt and vegetable oil. Potatoes are cleaned and rubed as small as possible. Add salt and egg. The resulting mass is spread over a thick slice of the loaf. We heat the oil in a frying pan and put sandwiches into it, potatoes down. Fry until a ruddy crust and serve it to the table.

· Sandwiches with black caviar can often be seen on the festive table. They are prepared very simply. The main requirements are natural butter, fresh salted black caviar and a white loaf or loaf. Slightly soften the oil, so that it falls flat, and spread them slices of sliced loaf. From above lay black caviar in an even layer and decorate with branches of fresh parsley or dill.

· One of the favorites is a recipe for sandwiches with red fish. To make it, you need a thinly sliced fillet of red salted or smoked fish, butter, greens and white bread.
