Vegetable stew in a multi-bowl or oven

Many people think that dishes that are useful for health and preservation of the figure are very tasteless. In fact, this is far from the case! An example of such a low-calorie, containing many vitamins and at the same time delicious dishes, can serve as a vegetable stew.

It is not difficult to cook this dish, especially if you take advantage of such a modern example of kitchen appliances as a multivarker. In this case, if you want to reduce the calorie content of food, you can do without oil, vegetables will be stewed in their own juice. The main advantage of cooking "Vegetable stew" in a multivarquet is that all vegetables are put in the bowl simultaneously, that is, they are cleaned, cut, seasoned with vegetables - and are free. The multivariate will cook the ragout itself, but nothing will boil in it, and the pieces of vegetables will keep their shape.

To prepare a vegetable stew in a multivark, you can use a variety of vegetables, depending on the season. The easiest set of vegetables for stew - potatoes, cabbage, carrots and onions. Even with the use of these four ingredients, the vegetable stew in the multivariate will turn out very tasty. But, as already mentioned, it is worth using a diverse set of vegetables, including, you can take and fresh-frozen mixes. A very beautiful stew is obtained when it comes colorful vegetables - cauliflower, broccoli, Bulgarian pepper of different colors, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, pumpkin. You can add canned or freshly frozen green peas or corn. Some people like to add mushrooms to the vegetable stew. The proportions of vegetables can be any. You can take all the ingredients in a one-to-one ratio, or you can take more of that vegetable, the taste of which seems most attractive.

For example, you can prepare a vegetable stew in a multivark using the following recipe. Take one Bulgarian pepper (preferably red), a couple of potatoes, three carrots, half a small cabbage head, a small can of green peas and a teaspoon of salt.

All vegetables need to be cleaned and washed. Next cabbage and pepper shred straw. Carrots and potatoes are cut into cubes. All this is put into the bowl of the multivark, without adding water or oil. We put in the "quenching" mode for 40 minutes. After the timer signal, open the lid, add green peas, salt, pepper and taste it. If the cabbage appears damp, then again put on the "quenching" for 15 minutes. If everything is ready, then leave the minutes for 10 in the "heating" mode with the lid closed. Everything, our useful and tasty vegetable stew is ready.

Do you have a multivarka yet? Nothing! You can prepare a vegetable stew in the oven, and it will be no less tasty. For example, here is a recipe for baked ragout with eggplant. The form or a small baking sheet should be slightly greased with vegetable oil and lay layers of vegetables that need to be cleaned beforehand and cut into strips or small cubes. The first layer is eggplant, then zucchini, then - a bulb, cut into thin semirings. The next layer is peeled and cut into half rings of tomatoes. The last layer is a carrot, grated on a fine grater and mixed with chopped garlic and a small amount of mayonnaise. Spreading vegetables layers, you need not forget to add some salt and sprinkle with seasonings, for example, fragrant pepper. Bake the stew in the oven for forty minutes, setting the thermostat to 180 degrees.

In the oven or microwave oven, you can prepare a vegetable stew in pots. This dish is not only delicious, but also looks beautiful.

To prepare a vegetable stew in pots, it will take three potatoes, two peppers of Bulgarian, carrots, a couple of small bulbs, two hundred grams of cauliflower, a little vegetable and butter. Vegetables need to be cleaned and cut into cubes, cauliflower divided into small inflorescences. Onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil until soft. Now let's stir the vegetables into the pot and the cooked roast. Pour half-potted salted boiling water, put a piece of butter and send the pots to the oven for 30-40 minutes or in a microwave for 15-20 minutes, depending on the capacity of the oven.

Serve the vegetable stew, sprinkling with fresh herbs, if desired, you can add sour cream.
