Delicious lenten pies with cabbage

When we decide to have a little bit of fasting, we often deprive ourselves of very delicious food only because we do not know how to cook our favorite dishes so that they can be eaten in fasting. Let's try to fix this situation. And try to cook lean patties with cabbage.

Patties with cabbage (lean)
Necessary ingredients (for 14 patties):
For the test, you will need:
• two glasses of flour;
• one glass of water;
• one teaspoonful of dry yeast;
• one teaspoon of tea;
• about a fourth of a glass of sunflower oil;

For the filling you will need:
• half a kilo of cabbage;
• a pair of medium bulbs;
• salt (to taste);
• sugar (about half a spoonful, maybe a little more);
• vegetable oil.

How to cook pies with cabbage (lean)
First, take a fourth of a glass of water and add yeast, sugar and about a couple teaspoons of flour. We mix everything thoroughly and leave it in the warmth until the foam appears. If after this time the foam does not appear, then your yeast is not fresh and you need to take the others (otherwise you will just waste your time and products, but you will not get lean pies with cabbage). Then add water (to the top of the glass).
Take a bowl and add sifted flour and salt to it. All stir. In the center of the hill of flour we make a deepening. In this recess we pour out our water with yeast. Knead the dough. By the type of test, orient yourself, what you need to add to it (water or flour). During the mixing process, add vegetable oil to the water. Ready-made dough should be wrapped in a film and put in heat until it grows about twice. If you have a little time left, then you can crumble the dough once and leave it until it comes back again.
While the dough is suitable, you can prepare a filling for lean patties with cabbage. For this, cabbage should be chopped finely. If you want the cabbage to be very soft, then you need to put it in the saucepan, add a little water or milk and put a little out under the lid. After this, it should be thrown back on the sieve and squeezed. If you prefer elastic cabbage, then you can simply pour the cabbage cut with boiling water and leave for ten to fifteen minutes (and more). Then it also needs to be thrown on a sieve and squeezed a little.
At this time in a frying pan you need to fry the finely chopped onions, and then add cabbage and fry until ready. In the end, add a little salt and sugar.
When the dough is suitable, divide it into the same pieces, each piece gently rolled into a ball and cover all the balls with a film for about ten minutes, so that they "rested." Then we do everything as usual: we make cakes from balls, we spread out the stuffing on the center and patch up the patty.
Formed lean pies with cabbage put on the baking tray with a seam down (the pan should be pre-oiled or lined with special baking paper).
We cover the baking sheet with a film and leave it for a proofing for about half an hour.
Before you send the patties to the oven, you should grease them with strong tea brews with the addition of sugar (you can and usual water). After the pies are baked, you can grease them with vegetable oil.
Bake such pies for a short time, about ten minutes at a temperature of two hundred degrees. However, this is only a conventional baking time, it is better to focus on the appearance and taste. That's so easy, and we cooked patties baked with cabbage.

Now during the fasting you do not have to puzzle over what to make delicious and what to serve for tea. Because, it turns out that literally a little overdone the usual recipe, you can get just the finest lenten pies with cabbage. It's also funny that your guests may not even realize that your cakes, except that they are delicious, so also lean.
