1. Snack from crab meat and garlic

Necessary ingredients:

  • Fatty mayonnaise - 240 g;
  • Fresh garlic large - 2 teeth;
  • Armenian lavash thin - 1 pc .;
  • Any kind of cheese - 135 g;
  • Frozen crab meat - 300 g;
  • Paprika powder, pepper fragrant black and fresh herbs - add to taste.

Cooking process

Usually, pita bread stuffing includes only flavorful and nourishing ingredients. We decided not to deviate from these rules and purchased all of the above components. Thus, to make such a snack, it is required to completely unfreeze the crab meat, and then grind it on a grater or chop it with a knife. Further to the processed ingredient, it is necessary to lay out fatty mayonnaise, grated chives and hard cheese, as well as ground paprika, chopped greens and scented black pepper. All these ingredients must be mixed, and then cover them with a thin Armenian lavash and wrap it in a tight roll. After that, the snack should be placed in the fridge, and after an hour, take out and cut into portions of a pound to a thickness of one and a half centimeters.

2. Pita bread stuffing with mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash thin - 3 pieces;
  • Mayonnaise of large fat content - 500 g;
  • Parsley fresh - a large bunch;
  • Any mushrooms - 700 g;
  • Salt is medium-sized - to taste;
  • Cheese hard - 370 g;
  • Butter - for roasting.

Cooking process

The filling for lavash roll with mushrooms is the most delicious and delicious. However, it should be noted that for this snack it is recommended to purchase only fleshy varieties of this product. We decided to use fresh medium-sized mushrooms. They should be washed, chopped into very small cubes and fried in butter slightly, adding salt. It is also necessary to grind fresh parsley and hard cheese separately.

After all the main components have been prepared, you can begin to form a snack. To do this, lay a thin lavash on the table, and then abundantly grease it with fatty mayonnaise and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Next, on parsley it is necessary to place the flour product again, similarly lubricate it, and from above distribute all the fried mushrooms. As the last layer should also act thin pita, soaked with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese. When all the layers are alternately laid out, they need to be wrapped in a roll, and then wrapped in a food film and held in this position in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
