Gingerbread and muffins are delicious and inexpensive desserts, which can be easily prepared at home. It does not take you much time, but a pleasant aroma of baking and a delicate taste will please you and your family. Such a batch, cooked by my mother, especially like children. Gingerbread on kefir

To bake gingerbread on kefir, you will need half a liter of kefir, three eggs, 3.5 tbsp. Sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower) 2 tablespoons, a teaspoon of vinegar and soda, a little salt and three glasses of flour.

The first thing to do is to beat eggs with 2 glasses of sugar. In this mixture we add sunflower oil, soda, slaked vinegar, salt and the whole volume of kefir. We knead the dough and leave it for an hour to make it "rested". Then, using a rolling pin, we roll out a layer about 1 centimeter thick, from which we cut out the cakes of round (or any other) shape. The baking tray must be oiled, carefully put gingerbread on it and bake in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 20 or 25 minutes.

To make the glaze for gingerbread cookies, mix a half cup of sugar and 150 grams of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. To water cakes glaze is necessary while it is hot. In a large bowl, add the baked and chilled gingerbread, pour the prepared hot glaze and mix quickly. After that, glazed gingerbread on kefir must be spread out on a tray or a large board (not to stick together) and put in a cold place to freeze the glaze. Appetizing gingerbread cookies are ready!

Such small cupcakes are quickly prepared, so if unexpected guests have come for tea or just want something tasty, this recipe will have to be very useful.

For cupcakes on kefir we need one egg, one glass of sugar and kefir, a glass of flour, a half teaspoon of soda, candied fruits, raisins, nuts at will.
The egg is beaten with sugar, we add kefir and soda, at the very end we pour the sifted wheat flour. Gently mix the dough and, if necessary, add delicious additives: raisins, nuts. The main rule: additives should be in moderation, so that the cupcakes are well baked and raised. Nuts, candied fruits, raisins weight the dough, so if you add too much, then the muffins can turn hard and damp. Lubricate the molds with oil and fill the test with ¾ of the mold. If you have silicone molds for cupcakes, then you do not need to lubricate them, and taking out products from them is much more convenient. Bake these delicious mini desserts at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the molds. If you do not have any additives in the dough, after baking, you can lubricate the finished products with jam. It's also very tasty. Enjoy eating cupcakes!

Gingerbreads

These gingerbread have such a name, because one of the stages of their preparation is welding. Thanks to the brewing of flour, the cakes are softer and last longer retain their freshness. Such gingerbread can be baked in large quantities, they will be delicious and delicate and on the second day after cooking.
For gingerbread ingredients you need: a glass of wheat flour, half a glass of whole-grain flour, half a cup of natural honey, a packet of butter, egg, a tablespoon of rum, 30-40 grams of sour cream, a little cinnamon, you can add cardamom, cloves or nutmeg.

First you need to make tea leaves. To do this, heat the honey and butter in the saucepan to a temperature of 75 ° C (so that it is very hot), gradually pour out half of the recipes quantity of flour with spices and quickly mix. The welding will be quite dense. It must be well cooled, before covering it with a cloth, so that the top does not dry out. Only when the brewing is at room temperature, you can start kneading the dough. In the tea leaves, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth and plastic. We roll into a layer and form gingerbread. We lay out on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200 ° C.
