For those lovers of cabbage rolls, which are constantly lacking time, there is certainly a well-known version of it such as lazy cabbage rolls. The recipe for cooking is somewhat different, but the taste qualities of the "lazy" option are no worse.

What are lazy cabbage rolls? This dish, depending on the fantasy of the hostess, can be prepared in the form of puffed duckies, cutlets, hedgehogs, stewed in a frying pan, etc. Lazy cabbage rolls (the recipe varies depending on the preference of the cooker) can be vegetable, meat or mushroom.

· Meat lazy cabbage rolls. The recipe for cooking this dish is so simple that even those who consider themselves deprived of culinary talent will be able to cook a plush dish.

Necessary products: cabbage (about 400 grams), half a kilogram of minced meat, two hundred grams of boiled rice, two hundred and fifty grams of sour cream (choose sour cream with fat from 10 to 20%), one hundred and fifty grams of onions, a little salt, pepper and tomato paste (ketchup or, In extreme cases, tomatoes).

From this stuffing we form cutlets and put them on a greased baking sheet. You can pour them with a sauce of 200 grams of mayonnaise and two tablespoons of ketchup. In a preheated oven, bake for 40-45 minutes.
