First you need to prepare the filling. 100 grams of grated hard cheese mixed with chopped parsley and a pair of crushed garlic cloves. Next, prepare potatoes (half a kilogram). Peel, cut into thin strips, put in a bowl, break there four eggs and four tablespoons of starch, mix well. One breast of turkey is cut into four thin layers, on top of each put cheese stuffing. Each layer is wrapped on all sides with potato sticks. Fry in oil on both sides for seven minutes under the closed lid.

As the meat in this dish can act not only a turkey, recipes suggest the use of chicken or pork.

Recipe for turkey roll with prunes

Fillets of turkey in the amount of 800 grams (can be cut in different pieces) from both sides to a thickness of half a centimeter. For a few hours before cooking 100 grams of prunes and the same amount of dried apricots soak in warm water. Now dry the dried fruits and cut them very finely.

Meat rub on one side with salt, with other pepper or any seasonings, on each layer to lay out a stuffing from the mixed dried apricots and prunes. Carefully roll each piece into a roll and tie with thread. The resulting rolls wrapped in culinary foil and send roast in the oven for 50 minutes. After opening the foil, allow to cool, cut off the thread, cut and serve to the table.

Turkey with mushrooms and vegetables

This turkey is being prepared in a multivariate. In general, all cooking recipes in the multivark are fast and easy.

Turkey with mushrooms in creamy sauce

Gram 800 turkey cut into small pieces, fry them in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. After that, add 300 grams of finely chopped mushrooms and an onion cut into half rings into the same frying pan. Stir everything and fry together for another 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, stir 300 grams of cream and three tablespoons of wheat flour. The resulting mass pour into the pan, salt, pepper, add seasonings if necessary.

Cover the frying pan with lid, reduce the heat to minimum and stew until it is cooked, it will take about 20 minutes. As a result, the meat should turn out to be very soft.

Serve the turkey with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.

Turkey with pistachios

One onion cut into medium slices, put in a saucepan, pour a glass of white wine and a glass of vegetable broth. Add to the mixture two crushed cloves of garlic, pepper. Put on a fire and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, put into the pan four pieces of turkey fillet, cover and simmer for half an hour.

Sauce. 50 grams of pistachio nuts, combine with four tablespoons of chopped parsley and dill, put in a blender. There also send 100 grams of Parmesan cheese. Grind all together until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then pour half a glass of orange juice, a glass of water, add a couple of spoons of lemon juice, four tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and mix everything.

Remove the fillets from the broth, cut into slices, put on a plate, and pour over the prepared sauce on top. Serve the dish with noodles and decorate with tomato slices. It turns out just amazingly delicious turkey! Recipes of this kind can be called original and unusual, but they definitely worth trying out!
