Crafts from paper napkins: tradition and innovation

On the eve of the New Year holidays in preschool institutions, together with educators and teachers of additional education, children perform crafts made of paper napkins. This inexpensive material for creativity is very suitable for decorating rooms for this event. Almost every one of us observed snowflakes, cut out of paper, located on the windows of the kindergarten.

This technique, conquered by its simplicity of teachers and parents, does not lose its popularity even today. To create their first masterpieces, children only need a couple of napkins, scissors and skillful pens. The baby himself can come up with a plot of crafts made of paper napkins. On the panel it is advisable to draw contours of characters and heroes, loved by the child, then fold the colored balls to lay out, pressing a little to the sticky layer. When stacking, do not allow large distances, otherwise the picture will be fuzzy, incomprehensible. Small needlewomen will help in creating an openwork weave, with pleasure they will select the color range of the future product. Do not be afraid to give a child a preschool child a needle. Of course, the work should take place under the guidance of an adult, and it will also be appropriate to designate age boundaries: it is possible to do this from five or even six years, it depends entirely on the personal qualities of the master.

Napkins with their own hands can be tied with the use of a hook or spokes. Do not prohibit the decor of ready-made products: embroidery, edging, drawing a picture of a thermomosaic. The main thing is that this activity brings joy to you and your children!
