We bring to your attention a simple and interesting lesson on creating a cool bracelet, for which you will need a waxed cord and a leather cord, some accessories and, of course, a good mood and fantasy!

Where do we start?

First of all, find a leather and waxed cord - both of them you need 1.5 meters. Experienced fans of handmade can decide that making a waxed cord with their own hands is a good idea, but for beginners we do not recommend doing this and we recommend simply buying everything you need in the store. The colors of the cords can be any - it depends only on your preferences. Then find a suitable chain with round links, as in the picture, - you need about 40 cm. To the chain, select the nut from a metal of similar color. That's it, you can start making!

So, let's proceed ...

First, fold the leather cord in half so that the loop turns out. She must freely, but not too much, go into the nut - this will be the clasp of the bracelet. Now tie the waxed cord on the leather cord so that there remains a small loop, and wrap it a few times - this will be the beginning of your bracelet.

We weave the chain

After you have fastened the waxed cord on a leather cord, it's time to proceed to the next stage - prikletti to your bracelet also a chain. This is not difficult: we apply the chain to the leather cord so that its end rests against the beginning of your bracelet, in the waxed cord. We hold the chain with one hand, and the other we fix it on the bracelet, using the same waxed cord.

We continue to weave a bracelet

The beginning is laid, the case for small: you need to continue in the same spirit, collecting your bracelet. Try to do the same as shown in the figures - let the waxed lace be between the round links of your chain. Take your time and be careful, and then you can easily make a bracelet from a waxed cord that will look harmonious with absolutely different clothes!

We approach the finale and make a buckle

Periodically try on a bracelet on hand - in theory, it should sit tight enough, covering your arm, but without interfering with blood circulation. Ideally, the bracelet should be wrapped around the wrist twice, but if you do not like it, you can make it shorter or longer, depending on your preference. After you understand that the length of your bracelet is exactly what you want it to be, proceed to the final stage and fasten the buckle. It is not difficult to do this: first wind it in the same way as you did at the beginning. Then tie the waxed and leather laces with a knot, tie a nut to them and fasten it with another knot. Try to tie the knots tightly, but neatly and accurately.

Here is your bracelet and ready!
