Design "Khrushchev" - the main techniques of interior design
Notorious "Khrushchev" appeared in the 50-ies of the last century. Their construction was due to the need to provide citizens with their own homes in the shortest possible time, which is what explains the small area of apartments. Strictly speaking, the "Khrushchevs" (according to the plans of the government) were predetermined by a very specific period of life - thirty years. However, these small apartments exist and to this day, continue to fulfill their mission, bringing grief to the owners of a lack of useful space.
To solve the problem of the correct organization of a small space through a complete re-planning of the premises, not everyone will agree. Construction work on the transfer of walls require significant time and money costs. For this reason, most owners of small apartments try to design the "Khrushchev" in more simple ways, focusing on visual effects and the functional use of precious square meters. And, by the way, they achieve amazing results.
When designing a "Khrushchevka" apartment, it is necessary to strictly observe the unshakable rule: to maximize the use of useful space does not at all mean to load an apartment with all kinds of furniture. On the contrary, the interior of a small-sized room is best decorated in a minimalist style, and the existing furnishings are extremely functional and made to order. By the same principle, by the way, the design of a small kitchen in the "Khrushchev" is being developed, which, with its size, causes irritation to every housewife of such an apartment.
For competent and reasonable organization of free space, it is best to use built-in wardrobes, transformer tables, sofas and beds equipped with niches for laundry, as well as all kinds of hanging cabinets and shelves.
