  • Milk - 100 ml.

  • Crackers - 300 gr.
  • Jelly - 3 multicolored packs.
  • Gelatin - 1 st.
  • Sour cream - 500 gr.
  • Raisins, dried apricots and nuts - to taste

First you need to make jelly: dilute each pack with a glass of water. In deep dishes, pour and put in a cold place.

Dried apricots and raisins for a while, pour hot water, and cut small nuts. Crackers break on 3-4 pieces and put in a cake mold.

Fill the gelatin in boiling water (100 gr.), When it cools, mix with sour cream.

Mix the crackers with raisins, dried apricots, nuts and sour cream with gelatin. If the jelly is frozen, it must be cut into small pieces and added to the rest of the ingredients. It's good to mix everything, only carefully, so that pieces of jelly do not break. Well, almost everything! Put the resulting cake for a few hours in the refrigerator to freeze. After this time, get the cake from the refrigerator, turn the form upside down and take out the treat. You can eat!

Cake of cracker and sour cream

Necessary ingredients:

  • Crackers - 300 gr.
  • Sour cream - 500 gr.
  • Sugar to taste (about ½ cup).
  • Vanillin.
  • Bananas - 2 pcs.
  • A few nuts.

Beat up sour cream with sugar and vanillin well. A little sour cream to leave for decoration, and mix the rest with crackers. Layer the cake mold with food film and part of the crackers with sour cream is put into it, compact, only gently to crush the crackers. On this layer, spread the cut thin slices of a banana. And then again the remaining crackers with sour cream and condense.

For several hours, you need to clean the form in the fridge so that the cake is soaked.
