Courgettes in the multivariate and not only

Zucchini is an amazingly useful vegetable that is easily digested by the body and contains many micronutrients, vitamins and other nutrients. Zucchini is good in any form: in raw, fried, boiled, stewed - it can be added to almost all dishes and even desserts.

Courgettes in the multivark - another find for the hostesses. Stewed in sour cream, cooked in the form of a stew or stuffed with meat, they will please the whole family.

Stuffed zucchini in the multivark "Riddle"

We will need: a large ripe zucchini, 500 g of any minced meat, a pair of onions, one carrot, 100 g grated cheese.

Zucchini cut into rings about 4 cm high, remove the seeds.

Grated carrots and onion, cut into small cubes, save in any vegetable oil until light-golden in the bowl of the multivark in the "Bake" mode. Mix the toasted vegetables with minced meat and spices.

We will need: 700 grams of zucchini, a pair of onions, four eggs, four tablespoons of milk, 200 g of grated cheese, fresh greens.

Zucchini is well washed and cut into rings 1 cm thick. If the zucchini is young, the peel can be cleaned, it is enough to wash it with a brush.

Onion cut into rings and fry in oil in a bowl multivark until light-golden in color. To lay onions zucchini, cover with grated cheese and put out in the "Baking" mode for about 20 minutes. Cheese should be melted.

Eggs beat well with milk until foam, pour the courgettes, gently mix and in the "Baking" mode bake for 20 minutes. Marrows in the multivark are gentle, and the cheese gives the dish a satiety.
