So you can cook, in addition to hot rolls, a variety of seafood (squid, fish, shrimp), vegetables.

You will need a special rice for sushi - about a glass. In order to prepare it properly, you also need special rice vinegar, which is added to the croup after boiling. This makes it easy to form sushi by hand. You also need a sheet of nori seaweed, cucumber, salmon fillet (or any red fish), boiled shrimp, one egg chicken egg, wasabi and marinated ginger. Spread a special bamboo mat (makis) on the table. Lay the nori on it, then the prepared rice. Wet hands with acidified water and smooth. Turn the bed over so that the nori is on top and the rice is at the bottom. Lay out a little wasabi, then stuffing. Roll the roll with rice outside. Press down a little to shape the bar. Prepare the claret "tempura" (what it is and how to prepare it, we described at the beginning of the article), dab the roll in it, fry it in deep frying. Slice with a sharp knife and serve warm. You can first cut into pieces, and then fry. But this requires a little more skill.
