For cooking, you can choose champignons or ceps (fresh, frozen or canned). For a large portion you will need:

  • 400 g of potatoes (this is 4-5 tubers of medium size);
  • 300 g of boiled chicken fillet;
  • Onions - 2 heads;
  • 3 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 2 fresh carrots;
  • A can of canned mushrooms or ceps;
  • Greens and mayonnaise.

Salad with chicken and mushroom layers make it very simple. You can pre-boil the white meat: bring the breast until cooked, and then leave to cool in the broth, so they will be juicier. Also boil the eggs, carrots and potatoes without skin. And now grind all the ingredients: grate the potatoes, chop the eggs (squirrels and yolks separately), cut the chicken into slices, and drain the water from the champignons and fry with onion slices. Grate the carrots. In a clear salad bowl or dish lay out the layers, each of which must be smeared with mayonnaise: first potatoes, after - chicken, next - mushrooms, the fourth layer will be boiled carrots, then - squirrels. Finish the salad with a beautiful layer of yolks. Done. Above, the dish can be decorated with branches of greenery, figurines of fresh vegetables. If you even on holidays watch the caloric content of your diet, as a dressing instead of mayonnaise you can use a mixture of natural yogurt and garlic. The dish will turn out even more gently.

This is a winter dish with a light tropical tint. In this case, we will use canned pineapple. Salad will be a real hit of your feast. Cook more - the guests will definitely ask for supplements. For a salad, take:

  • Half a kilo of cooked chicken fillet;
  • A can of pickled mushrooms;
  • 350 g (1 small jar) of canned pineapple;
  • 4 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 2 cooked carrots;
  • More cheese - 150-200 g;
  • Mayonnaise to lubricate each layer.

Eggs, carrots, chicken breast pre-boil, cheese (Parmesan or any other solid) grate. Put a salad with chicken and mushrooms in layers in a beautiful dish: firstly fried mushrooms, after chopped chicken or slices, then - pineapple slices, then grated carrots, the fifth layer will be cheese, and the last - eggs. Each layer, do not forget to cover it with mayonnaise. For decoration, you can use fresh greens, grated nuts.
