It is worth mentioning that such a dinner is prepared long enough, as it includes a large number of various ingredients that require careful processing.

Delicious and aromatic hodgepodge: recipe with sausage smoked and rice

Necessary ingredients:

  • Carrots average fresh - 1 pc .;
  • Sausage smoked - 400 g;
  • Bacon - a little (for cooking squash);
  • Salted cucumber is small - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Potato tubers medium - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Round grain rice - 2 cams;
  • Olives without pits - 1 jar;
  • Lemon ripe - 1/3 part;
  • Brine (you can use both cucumber and tomato at the same time) - 2 cups;
  • Tomato paste sharp - 4-5 large spoons;
  • Spices, namely table salt, black and red ground pepper, bay leaves, dried parsley and dill, peppercorns - according to taste and desire;
  • Granulated sugar - 1 large spoon;
  • Drinking water or meat broth - 3 liters;
  • Bulb - 1 pc.

Processing of vegetables and sausage products

The recipe for a salted salad with sausage smoked and other products requires careful handling of all of the above products. To do this, you need to wash and clean fresh carrots, potato tubers and several bulbs. After that, vegetables should be cut into small cubes (1 x 1 cm). The following products should also be crushed: pickled cucumber (along with peel), green olives, smoked sausage and fat.

Processing of cereals

The recipe for a salted salmon with sausage smoked requires the mandatory use of any cereal. We decided to take the usual round-rice rice for the preparation of such a first dish in the number of two small jaws. It should be cleaned of debris, and then carefully washed in a sieve under warm water.

Roasting the main ingredients

After that, the fire must be removed, the dishes closed with a lid and insist the first dish about a quarter of an hour.
