To do this, you need to use a microwave. It should be recognized that the microwave is not very effective when it is necessary to prepare something in large quantities, so restaurants and bakeries can not use them.

To make a banana cream for a biscuit cake in a microwave, you will need:

  • 2¼ cups of milk (any, but it is advisable to use a mixture of ¼ cup fat cream and 2 glasses of skim milk);
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • ⅔ stack. Sahara;
  • ¼ stack. Corn starch;
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla pod grated or extract;
