The standard vacation calculation in 2011 did not undergo any special changes and is also derived from the average earnings in the last 12 months. It is interesting that some organizations prescribe in their employment contracts other conditions for the conduct and payment of leave, which may contradict the adopted labor legislation and the Convention of the International Labor Organization. In this case, you can safely apply the labor protection inspection.

It is worth noting that the 2011 holiday is calculated and paid for by the number of working days. In other words, if he gets on holidays, they are not included in the calculation. Thus, vacation can formally remain the same, but in fact increase for several calendar days, which are recognized throughout the country as holiday and holiday.

Russia, trying to meet the European standards of organization of work and rest, actually forces people to leave. For someone, this state of affairs is more than profitable, but still a significant part of the population does not have the opportunity to afford to go on vacation. The reason for this was either too low salaries, or gray payments in envelopes. In the latter case, the employee is given leave equal to the white part of his income, which is much lower than his earnings. This situation stimulates people to work constantly, which has a very negative effect on their well-being. Until the system of unofficial activities of companies is destroyed, such organization of leave will be met only by protest from employees.
