Chicken salad with beans 'Fasolie'

Universal and useful beans are widely used in the preparation of various dishes. This truly amazing product has not only dietary properties, but also heals the body as a whole, favorably affecting the work of the heart, kidneys and gastrointestinal tract. Previously, beans were used only for making soups, now there are many different recipes for cooking it: pates, chicken salad with beans, and a variety of snacks that use not only beans but also pods themselves.

Salad of chicken with beans came to us from Mexican cuisine and became very popular, due to the speed of cooking and extraordinary taste. Each housewife in his own way prepares a salad of chicken with beans, supplementing it with your favorite vegetables or a variety of meat, seasoning and filling it according to your taste preferences. Each of them will please not only with their original notes, but also with wonderful useful properties. In this article, we'll look at three recipes, which are sure to take note of lovers of useful and tasty food.

"Fassolie" or a salad of chicken with beans.

Ingredients "Fasolie":
- 1300 g fresh chicken fillets
- a large can of white beans
- a small salad bulb
- several wide sheets of lettuce
- green feather bow
- a large salt, a mixture of black and red peppers
Refueling for "Fasolie":
- a small part of a strong ginger root
- 3 cloves of white garlic
- two yolks from selected eggs
- 7 ml of mustard
- 30 ml of soy sauce
- 30 ml of rice vinegar
- 170 ml peanut unrefined oil
- a small pinch of chili pepper

Preparation of salad from chicken and beans:

1. Wash and dipped the napkin with chicken fillets, rub from all sides thoroughly with salt and pepper. In the prepared pan (preferably with a thick bottom), pour in 30 ml of oil and heat, put the fillets there and fry, turning periodically, for 6 minutes, then leave to cool. The cooled fillets are split into medium fibers.
2. Peel the salad bulb, split into halves and finely chop.
3. Beans to transfer from a can to the colander, to pass with boiling water.
4. Put the beans, onions and chicken fibers in a prepared container.
5. Peel and rinse the ginger root and garlic cloves, grind or beat in a blender.
6. Rice vinegar to mix with soy sauce and mustard, drive in the separated yolks and pour in the oil, pour in the ginger with garlic and mix thoroughly.
7. Before serving, prepare a dish on which to lay out the leaves of lettuce, pour chicken and beans into the middle of the slide, fill with dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

The dish is prepared for 40 minutes, the main time is preparing the ingredients. At the output, there are servings for four people.

"Fasolinka" or salad from boiled beans with apples.

Ingredients:
- 220 ml of red soft beans
- three small sour apples
- 60 ml of creamy light oil
- 30 ml of sifted flour
- 310 ml of bean broth
- 15 ml of cumin and a large salt

Method of preparation of "Fasolinka":
Wash and cut apples with lobules, after removing the core. Heat the frying pan, add butter and fry the apple slices. In the prepared container to lay out the beans, top to add a spoon of oil, pour the broth, mixed with flour and boil until thick. Prepare a deep container in which layeredly lay out apples and expressed beans. Then top with a thick sauce, obtained from the decoction of the bean.

You can use as a garnish to hot meat dishes or as a separate salad, also add peas or mix two kinds of beans.

"Vigorous pod" or a salad of beans with garlic.

For cooking, we need green, green beans, young beans (not less than 900 g), 70 ml of vegetable fresh oil, 30 ml of wine vinegar, six diced garlic, a pair of fleshy tomatoes and herbs for seasoning.

Wash and peel the fibers and stems of kidney beans, boil in salted water and recline on a sieve and cool. Pour in the blender vegetable oil, pepper, chopped dill with parsley and feather onions, salt with garlic and add a couple of spoons of bean broth, all thoroughly grind into a dense dressing. Put the beans in a prepared salad bowl, top with a dressing and decorate with ringlets of fresh tomatoes, sprinkling a little greens on top.

Absolutely simple in preparation, a salad of green beans will please not only the vegetarian food addict, but also the notorious meat-eater, as a side dish to the juicy roasted meat.
