Snack, it is good on a buffet and very attractive for children as a school breakfast. In addition, preparing simple and fanciful ingredients does not require.

Vegetable muffins with chicken

To begin with, prepare a simple, but insanely delicious chicken muffin. Average onion crumbles finely, in the same way one small carrot is cut. Of these, roast is done, and it must be fried well. A small zucchini is peeled off and rubbed with a large grater, after which the shavings are also chopped. Parsley with dill is crushed. Half a kilo of chicken ground is mixed with all the prepared ingredients, peppered, seasoned with Provencal herbs and podsalivaetsya. Chicken muffins with cheese

From a bird's breast (one-third of a kilogram) is a forcemeat scrolling in a meat grinder along with a bulb. An egg is hammered into it, the finely chopped paprika, rubbed cloves of garlic, favorite spices and, naturally, pepper and salt are poured in. The mass is stirred; If it turns liquid, it can be thickened with breadcrumbs. Two-thirds of the stuffing is distributed in the cells of the mold for muffins. In the center of each element is a groove in which a piece of cheese of mozzarella type is embedded. From above are made "caps" from the remaining stuffing. To have a pleasant crispy crust, every chicken muffin is poured with a mixture of bread crumbs and grated cheese. It is sprinkled with olive oil, and the mold is placed in the oven for a third of an hour.

Mushroom snack

As everyone knows, chicken miraculously harmonizes with champignons. This was used by the cook, who invented chicken muffins with mushrooms. For them, a third of a kilo of mushrooms, carrots and onions are cleaned. The root crop is rubbed, the rest is crushed. Champignons are fried until the discharge of water stops, then the onion and carrots are poured in and roast is made. Chicken fillet with a total mass of 600 grams is chopped in a meat grinder, mixed with vegetables, two tablespoons of oatmeal, a pile of cream, pepper and salt. The weight should stand for about ten minutes for mutual impregnation of the ingredients. Then the forcemeat is distributed according to the molds (anointed, if they are tin, and moistened with water, if made of silicone) and sent for half an hour to a heated oven. After removing the "cutlets" from the oven, they should cool slightly, after which they can be removed from the molds. Each chicken muffin is sprinkled with melted butter and sprinkled with chopped herbs. If desired, a few minutes before the readiness, you can sprinkle chicken muffins with cheese and return to the oven. Some cheese cheesers are replaced with mayonnaise, this is already a matter of taste.

Suitable sauce

Whichever chicken cookies you cook, they will taste better with gravy: yet the chicken meat is somewhat dry. Of all the sauces offered by the chefs, we chose two. And it is not necessary to pour chicken muffin with gravy, you can just dunk it.

For the first, tomato juice is taken; It is introduced finely chopped onions with garlic, spices (optional, for undecided recommend Italian herbs), a couple drops of lemon juice and a little lean oil.

For the second in ayran (sold in supermarkets), garlic is squeezed, dill is ground and pepper is poured. Other spices are not necessary, and so it turns out sweetly and harmoniously.
