What can be tastier in the early autumn than a salad of fresh, juicy freshly dug carrots? The easiest way to make such a salad is to sprinkle the grated carrot with sugar and add a tablespoon of sour cream. Get a delicious vitamin dessert.

Another simple and delicious salad of fresh carrots can be made with garlic and mayonnaise. To do this, the root crop is rubbed on a small grater, garlic is passed through the press, it is salted and dressed with mayonnaise. Boil 2 eggs, cool, clean and finely crumble. Stir eggs with carrots, spread the prepared dish in a salad bowl and, if desired, decorate with greens. 6-8 large carrots take a couple of eggs and 4-5 cloves of garlic.

Carrot salad with cheese.

It will take 5-6 pieces of fresh carrots, 3-4 garlic cloves and 100 grams of cheese, mayonnaise. It will be required: 4 large carrots and 3 medium-sized apples, banana, salt, sugar, lemon juice and 8 pcs. Prunes. Prunes are washed, the bones are removed from it and soaked. Carrots are cleaned, the apples peel and remove seeds from them. Rub carrots and apples on a grater, peeled bananas cut in circles. Carrots are cleaned and grinded on a coarse grater, mixed with green peas. Season the salad with a couple of spoons of juice and add 0.5 tsp. Vegetable oil.
