Then cook again for 5 minutes and again leave overnight. This procedure should be repeated two to three times. During the last cooking in the syrup, you need to add a little citric acid, so that it does not turn out to be a sweetly sweet. You can make the taste more interesting by adding a few drops of liquor, for example "Amaretto". Then the crusts need to be put on a colander to the liquid of the glass, and they are dried.

A useful treat for tea and not only

Finished orange candied fruits cut into thin strips. If desired, you can roll them in sugar. Store the finished product in a sealed jar or box to keep it soft and dry. It can be added to tea, cooked with lemonade or used as a sauce.
