Buckwheat with meat in the multivark - recipe for a hearty supper

A distinctive feature of Russian cuisine is that it has a lot of dishes from cereals. Some of them are already a thing of the past, but today even meals are often served to the table, which were prepared by the great-grandmothers of modern housewives. One of them is buckwheat with meat. In the multivariate, the recipe for cooking is almost the same as in the Russian oven. So, and to taste it will turn out the same buckwheat cereal in a merchant manner.

In most multivars even a separate mode for cooking this cereal is provided. It is usually called "Buckwheat". In rare cases, there may be another name, for example "Groats". All salt and pepper to taste. Add 4 multi-cups of water (it should only cover all the products) and choose the automatic mode "Buckwheat" or "Groats". Approximately in an hour, buckwheat with meat in a multivarquet will be ready.

The recipe, of course, is simple, but, unfortunately, not all models provide such an automatic mode. And how to cook in his absence? You can use the "Quenching" and "Frying" modes. First, fry the meat from all sides in sunflower oil for 15 minutes ("Hot" mode). Then add the onions cut into half rings and fry 10 more minutes on the same regime. Then pour a glass of washed cereals, salt, spices and pour 3-3.5 glasses of water. And here the "Quenching" mode is already needed for 1 hour. Thus, the dish is prepared not only with pork, but also buckwheat with chicken meat.

But, perhaps, it is most convenient to cook it using "Multipovar". After all, in this case, you can choose the time and temperature of cooking yourself. First, of course, meat is prepared. It must be cut into small pieces of 1 x 1 cm. Finely chop the onion and put it together with meat and vegetable oil into the pan of the multivark. Mix. Choose cooking temperature - 1200, and time - 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the buckwheat. After the signal, put the rump, salt and pepper. Add water so that it covers all the products. Now we select the temperature in the same mode of 1000, and the time is 25 minutes. Everything else will do the multivark itself.

Recipes "Buckwheat with meat" are very popular in the world. Each culture brings something in them. Many people add to buckwheat mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers and other vegetables.
