Meat in a multivariate: easy and tasty

Surely you have already been able to appreciate the advantages of the multivark in front of traditional kitchen pans and frying pans. Dishes cooked in this "smart" dish belong to the category of healthy food, because they retain all the most useful, and the fat content is minimal. Dietary and especially tasty meat is obtained in the multivark. At the same time you can cook it separately or put out with vegetables, cereals - lots of recipes, and time and effort will take very little.

To cook meat in a multivark, it's enough to put prepared food in a bowl, add a little imagination and choose the right menu.

Examples of cooking meat dishes using basic modes

"Soup / steamer". Allows you to get boiled meat, meat broth or soup. But the main advantage of this regime is the opportunity to cook a festive cold without the hassle. Put into the bowl the pulp of beef or pork, pork legs, add the carrots, onion and pour water to the top mark. Turn on the "soup / steamer" mode, remove the noise after 30 minutes and leave for 3 hours. When the alarm sounds, add the spices and turn on the mode for one more hour. After the meat is cooked, remove it, cut it into small pieces, put it in molds and pour it with broth.

"Bakery products". This mode is suitable for preparing various casseroles and puddings, as well as for frying. It should be noted that with conventional fried and crispy crust, the meat in the multivark will not work. It will be slightly toasty meat with a delicate taste - an excellent alternative for those who can not eat fried. If someone likes a well-roasted meat, then you can use a frying pan after a multivark - it will turn out with a crispy ruddy crust outside and juicy inside.

It's easy and quick to cook pork baked with cheese. Cut 600 g of pork fillet into slices about 1.5 cm thick, then each steak with 2-3 cm strips. Rinse and dry them, each cut a few cuts and place thin slices of garlic. Transfer the prepared pieces into a bowl, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper. Two large tomatoes cut into slices and place on meat, sprinkle with grated cheese on top (100 g). Cook in the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes. Serve fresh or stewed vegetables for garnish .

"Quenching." Used most often to cook meat, stewed in a multivark. Quite a simple recipe, which will be by the way forever busy housewives and impatient, hungry family members - beef with carrots. Beef pulp rinse, cut into small pieces, onions - small cubes, grate carrots. Put the meat in a bowl, sprinkle with spices, top with carrots and onions and simmer for 50 minutes.

Typically, first the meat is fried in the "Baking" mode to improve taste and remove excess fat, and then add vegetables, cereals and include "Quenching". For example, this is how meat is cooked in a multivarquet with vegetables. If you pre-marinate the meat for a few hours, then get a dish from which you can not drag anyone by the ears. For the marinade, mix the yoghurt (without fruit filler) with spicy ketchup, pour in portioned pieces of meat and leave for 2 hours in a cool place. Then transfer the meat to the multivark and fry on the "Baking" for 20-25 minutes. Carrot rub on a grater, slice onions in half rings, pepper sweet in small strips, add vegetables to meat and fry for 15 minutes. After add the chopped potatoes and switch the mode to "Quenching" for an hour and a half.

"Buckwheat". In addition to crumbly porridge, this mode allows you to prepare and such a hearty dish as buckwheat with meat in a multivark. For two glasses of buckwheat, take 4 glasses of water (or broth), 250-300 g of meat, medium onion, carrots. Cut the meat into slices and fry in the "Baking" mode for 15-20 minutes, then add the diced onions and grated carrots, stir and fry together with the meat for 15 minutes. Then put the washed buckwheat, pour water, salt, add the pepper and turn on the "Buckwheat" mode. After about an hour everything will be ready. If buckwheat pour hot boiled water, then the cooking time will be reduced to 45 minutes.
