Beautiful and tasty cake "Guitar"

Very interesting cakes look unusual shape. Such desserts adorn any celebration. The cake "Guitar" is suitable for both a girl, a man, and a child. At any celebration such a dessert will be appropriate. Now we will consider two options for its preparation.

Dessert from mastic

Cake "Guitar" from mastic according to this recipe is quite large. Its weight will be approximately four kilograms. If desired, you can make it smaller. But then dessert will not be so spectacular.

To make a cake "Guitar", you will need:

• jam or syrup for a layer (you can also use chocolate or berry topping);

• Mastic;

• oil cream for grouting and pie inside;

• large rectangular biscuit;

• food colorings.

The following components and tools will also be required:

• powdered sugar;

• brush;

• stencils (separately for the neck, separately for the musical instrument itself - guitars);

• large rectangular substrate;

• knife;

• Gel;

• rolling pin.

Manufacturing

1. Initially, print and cut the stencils for the guitar (the value of your choice).

2. After make the mastic itself. Immediately paint the parts of the created mass in the desired color.

3. Then lay out all the instruments on the table, start making the "Guitar" cake.

4. Take the biscuit cakes, put the stencil on top. Gently cut the guitar with a knife.

5. After using a long knife, divide the workpiece into two parts, form the cakes.

6. Then pat them with jam, cream. The latter is more convenient to apply, before placing it in a confectioner's bag with a special wide nozzle. Separately, grease the guitar and neck.

7. Then connect these parts, cover with cream. Then take an hour for three (maybe a little more) in the refrigerator, so that the dessert soaked.

Masking

1. Roll out a large layer of mastic white. His volume should be enough for a guitar. Cover the cake with mastic, let out excess air with iron or hands. Cut it off with a knife.

2. Roll out a layer of brown mastic, put a stencil on top, cut it around the contour. Then grind the billet from the bottom with a syrup or gel. Then glue in the center of the guitar.

3. Now take the gray-silver mastic, cut out of it a strip (long rectangular). Put it on the neck, then trim the excess. The lower part of the gel is anointed, put your hands on it, so that the decor is stuck.

4. Now make a ball out of the same mastic, then roll the sausage out of it, cut into eight equal circles. Half of them flatten, others leave round. After that, at the top of the neck (at its base), glue flat mugs of gray mastic. Then put the balls on them. Using a knife, create a relief.

5. Add a few (three or four) circles of white mastic glued along the neck.

6. For a few parallel flagella from the mastic of gray, place across the neck at the same distance from each other.

7. Take the pastry bag. Put the cream in it. Put a narrow nozzle on the bag, make strings.

8. Then, on the side of the neck, put four "keys" (blanks of gray mastic in the form of a petal). On the guitar, make room for fastening strings. On the substrate, write a congratulatory word.

Cream "guitar"

Cake in the form of a guitar can be decorated with a cream or butter cream. It looks such a dessert no less effective than the one that is decorated with mastic. In this case, you will use a variety of food colors that will brighten the product.

As in the first recipe, first cut out the biscuit cakes of the musical instrument using stencils. Remember: the neck separately. Spread the cream cake. If desired, you can use syrup or jam. Do not dessert over the top.

In individual containers, color the cream in the chosen colors (in our case it will be gray, green, black and white).

Green cream will need at least 600 ml (maybe more, depending on the thickness of the coating). Type it in a pastry bag, put on a flat nozzle. Cover the entire guitar with the composition data. Lateral parts also grab.

When the cream is a little dry, level it with a spatula, remove excess.

Then, taking the black one, cover the neck with it. Whitelist lay out the central part of the guitar.

Black cream paint the place of fastening of strings, and dark gray - cross strips on the fretboard.

At the attachment point, place the four balls out of the green compound. On a white cream, lay a couple of the same balls.
