Apple pie from puff pastry.

Pies with apples, probably, are the most home pies, their delicate aroma can create a special cozy atmosphere in the house. In cooking, there are many recipes for preparing apple pies, and they all differ in their unique taste. There is an apple pie from puff pastry, yeast or sand, and at the same time it can be closed, half-open or open. Apple filling is laid raw, lightly added, large pieces or mashed. Whichever recipe is prepared apple pie, it always turns out very delicate, lush and tasty. There are some special charms in these pies, sweet joy, smoothly turning into light sourness.

Pies with apples are good both cold and hot, with tea, wine, milk and coffee.

I suggest a few fairly simple and delicious recipes for making apple pies.

Apple pie from puff pastry

For cooking you need: puff pastry, 50 grams of butter, three tablespoons of sugar syrup, two teaspoons of cinnamon, half a cup of sugar, four ripe apples.

Preparation: puff pastry is rolled into a layer and laid out on a baking sheet, previously lubricated with oil. On the edges we make skirts and in several places pierce the dough with a fork.

My apples, peel, remove the core and cut into slices as thin as possible. Evenly and tightly to each other we spread slices on the dough, put the pieces of butter on apples and sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon. After that, sprinkle apple pie from the puff pastry with sugar syrups. You can replace it with fruit syrup.

We put the oven at 190 degrees and after it warms up, put the baking pan and cake for about half an hour.

A few minutes before his readiness, we move the cake to the upper level and set the temperature at 200 degrees. We do this for better browning of apples.

We take out the apple pie from the puff pastry and serve it to the table.

Apple pie with cottage cheese

Necessary products: four eggs, a glass of sugar, 200 grams of cottage cheese, a half cup of kefir, a glass of sifted flour, seven medium-sized apples, a pinch of cinnamon, vanillin, ginger and nutmeg, baking soda.

Preparation: apples mine, peeled, cut out the core and thinly sliced.

In the cup we spread cottage cheese, add yogurt and mix well.
Mixer beat eggs, portions of sand and add a little cottage cheese mixture, while not stopping whipping. Next, throw a pinch of vanillin, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and put the slaked soda. Stir, we fall asleep flour and begin to knead the dough.

The form for the pie is greased with vegetable oil, we remove the excess with a napkin, sprinkle with flour, lay out a layer of apples and pour out the dough.

Turn on the oven and bake the cake at 180 degrees until ready, which can be checked with a toothpick. Ready cake is served to the table.

Apple pie with caramel

We will need: for the test - 250 grams of flour, half a glass of sugar, a packet of butter, egg, a half-kilogram of apples.

For caramel: 1/4 of a pack of butter, half a cup of sugar and three tablespoons of water.

Preparation: from these products knead the soft dough and leave it to lie down.

We take a frying pan, fill up the sugar, add water and keep it on low heat until the golden caramel forms. Pour it into the cooked pie form.
We clean the washed apples from the peel, remove the core, cut into slices and spread on caramel. On top of the apples, put pieces of butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Roll out the dough and put it on top of the apples. Put the form in a hot oven for half an hour. We take the prepared pie from the oven and immediately turn it over on the dish. The cake turns out very beautiful and original.
