Beans in a multivariate are prepared in two modes - "Soup" or "Quenching". It is advisable to soak it overnight, so it will be welded faster. At a time you can cook up to 400 grams of dried beans. This number is enough for a few days.

Cooking beans in a multivark follows in two stages:

150 grams of smoked bacon, 2 cups of beans, 3 carrots, 3 potatoes, 3 onions, nutmeg, red pepper, salt.

Before cooking the beans in a multivark, it should first be soaked in cold water and put in a cool place overnight, so that it does not ferment.

In the morning, swollen beans cook in a multivark until half cooked in the "Quenching" mode for about half an hour. Then you need to drain the water, and put the beans in a separate bowl.

Then you need to prepare vegetables, for this you must finely chop the onion, rub the carrot, cut the potatoes into cubes.

When the saucepan of the multivarka is freed from the beans, first in the "Baking" mode, roast the onions, then put the prepared carrots. After a few minutes, add slices of smoked bacon.

Fry another three minutes in the same mode. Now you can put beans and potato cubes. Salt, pepper, and season with nutmeg. Mix gently with a spatula.

Pour all products with boiling water. The water should cover the vegetables a little. Turn on the Quenching mode for about an hour.

After cooking, the beans in the multivark should be left for a short while in the "Heating" mode, and at this time you can wash and cut the greens.
