Eggs should be previously divided into yolks and proteins, the latter whipped into a foam. All ingredients except egg whites are mixed, which are carefully introduced into the dough last. At your own discretion, you can add raisins or crushed candied fruit. The dough is poured into a mold, which is pre-lubricated with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake this dish takes one hour at a low temperature (about 180 degrees). During cooking, it is not recommended to open the oven often, so that the finished product has become fluffy.

The following recipe for casserole from cottage cheese contains additional ingredients, such as carrots and apples. To prepare this dish, polkilogram curd must be grinded with three eggs, add a pinch of salt, sugar to taste, 5 tablespoons of semolina, grated fresh carrots and minced (preferably in a blender) apple. The resulting mixture is put in a mold and baked in an oven at an average temperature of about 30 minutes. It is recommended to serve a warm dish by offering sour cream or jam. You can also sprinkle a casserole with powdered sugar.

An interesting recipe is a casserole of cottage cheese and pumpkin. In order to cook it, you need to cook a semi-tangled semolina porridge, add to it a crushed boiled pumpkin and cottage cheese, rubbed with eggs. Salt and sugar are added to taste. The resulting mixture is well kneaded to a homogeneous mass, poured into a mold and baked for about 40 minutes at an average oven temperature.

In casseroles you can add different products. This dish gives a lot of room for the imagination of culinary experts. Cottage cheese is combined not only with sweet foods. You can make cottage cheese casseroles with pasta, vegetables, chicken and other ingredients. In this way it is possible to include cottage cheese in the daily diet and at the same time diversify the menu.

It should be noted that a child of up to three years is better to give to the children's cottage cheese. It is made in the dairy kitchen or is bought by industrial production. However, some mothers prefer to do it themselves. To do this, it is enough to take milk, boil it and add 5% calcium chloride, sold in the pharmacy. After the product coagulates, it reclines into cheesecloth and is left for a while in order to glass the whey. At the same time, it is important that the dishes and the whole situation when cooking is sterile, and store more than a day, this product is not recommended. Such cottage cheese from milk is suitable for casseroles and other dishes.

So, the recipe for casserole from cottage cheese is easy to prepare, but it is able to diversify the menu and allow feeding even small "nehochuh" such a useful product.
