  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 4 ripe banana;
  • 2 kiwi fruit;
  • ¾ st. Orange syrup;
  • 170 g of flat cookies;
  • gelatin.

Gelatine is allowed to swell in 125 g of water, then slowly dissolve it, but do not bring it to the boil. Peeled bananas and kiwi cut into circles, put them on the bottom of a container of round shape. The remaining bananas must be cut or kneaded, mixed with cottage cheese and syrup. Pour in the gelatin. Stir gently. We fill the bowl with the mass, we lay out the cookies on top. We put the container in the refrigerator, where in a few hours the dessert will be cooked. Turn it over and take it out.

Cottage cheese and lemon are a very good combination, and cottage cheese and lemon biscuits are an incredibly tender and fragrant dessert. For its preparation, we need a very small number of products, which will nicely save your budget, but this does not affect the final taste. These products can be found in every housewife in the refrigerator. Cottage cheese and lemon biscuits are cooked literally in a matter of minutes. In its preparation, ingredients will participate, approximately in equal proportions:

  • 125 g of flour;
  • 2 tbsp. L. cocoa;
  • 125 g of cottage cheese (preferably dry);
  • 125 g of sl. Oil;
  • 125 g of sugar;
  • 1 yolk;
  • baking powder;
  • 1 egg.

Stir yolk along with sugar and cottage cheese. Pour in melted butter, add flour, baking powder and zest. Knead the dough. Lubricate the oil form. We form cookies. We bake at t 180С for 20 minutes.
