Of course, it is wonderful and praiseworthy, but only a few in their zeal go to the point of absurdity. Wishing to comply with all the latest trends, practically pass to "overseas" food - rukkola, ricotta, parmesan ... Of meat - only chicken breasts (as if the chickens are made up of only breasts!), What is there to talk about traditional Russian dishes! Meanwhile, nutritionists are sure that the most useful products are growing in the same band as you. Of course, you need to eat right, but sometimes you can remember about such mouth-watering dishes, as, for example, a brisket baked in the oven.

Let's start with the simplest. Breast, baked in the sleeve, is prepared quite simply and not for long - but the result! By the way, the meat will be cooked in its own juice, without oil. However, it is difficult to call it dietary. So, to get a brisket, baked in the oven in the sleeve, you need a pork belly, potatoes, mayonnaise, garlic, salt-pepper-seasoning, you can have greens. My meat, dried, we make longitudinal sections. Garlic presses a special crush (if it's not there, rub it on grater, on medium shredder), mix with pepper and salt. With this mixture, we rub our meat generously, into the incisions made earlier, too, we pour garlic mixture from the heart! Now the meat is coated with mayonnaise, leave for a while alone, let it marinate.

My potato, clean, cut into pieces of any shape, salt, mix. You can cut a couple of onion bulbs, mix with potatoes. In the culinary sleeve, tied on one side, we put our potatoes, on top - meat, we tie another edge, a couple of punctures - and into the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius birth. Readiness is checked just in case, pierce the meat. Transparent juice is the main sign that it's time to grab the forks! If you want meat frying - open the sleeve and hold for another ten minutes in the oven.

The brisket is washed, with a knife, carefully remove the top film and separate all the bones. Do not know yourself - call for helpers, promising them a delicious dinner. Meat rubbed with salt and pepper, you can take not ground, but peas, crushing it with your own hand. Add your favorite spices. By the way, if the meat had time to run as it should (not very young was a pig), pour it with lemon juice. We lay the meat on the foil with the fat side up, on top (if desired) sprinkle with herbs, wrap the edges of the foil tightly so that there are no holes. We put the meat in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, after 15 minutes we set 180 degrees and forget about the breast for an hour and a half. However, the baked bacon so smells that it is unlikely to forget. It is checked for readiness by the same "method of poking." Transparent juice - then, the brisket, baked in the oven, ready! We take, cutting, swallowing saliva and pushing elbows who want to immediately bite off a bigger piece.

Of course, these dishes do not pretend to be the most useful. But they are all different, differently than semi-finished products and inexpiciously where exotic products are brought from. They say that the easier it is to prepare food, the better for the body.
