Suspiciousness is a special feeling that causes fear or anxiety in a person, often unreasonable. It makes you think that others think about a person much worse than it really is. This quality refers to a special mental state, which is most pronounced in adolescence, but often does not pass in adults. The source of his education can be an unhappy childhood, a life-time and mental deviations. In this case, there is a desire to eliminate this senseless barrier in its nature. So let's figure out how to stop being a hypochondriac person.

First you need to clearly analyze your life and actions: when others offended, what kind of feeling the person experienced at the same time. Maybe it was in vain, and no one was going to cause harm. To look at everything from an optimistic point of view - that's what a suspicious person must learn to do. This will be difficult enough, but otherwise the result is not achieved.

When waking up in the morning, you need to internally tell yourself that you are successful, benevolent, good and do not pay attention to unpleasant circumstances. The next step to change your character will be to find those positive qualities that absolutely each person is endowed with. You can not consider yourself woven only out of flaws (or fusion virtues), because such people simply do not exist. In each there is something bad, but good character traits are necessarily present, that's what they should be cultivated. It is recommended to remember all the most successful moments of your life. When communicating, for example, with colleagues at work, you can not even joke about the weak character traits. Be able to laugh not only at others, but also at yourself.

An insecure person is a person fixed on his own shortcomings. If you can not think rationally, you have to do what you love. People who have their hobbies do not suffer from suspicion.

It is useful to keep a diary in which all unpleasant events and the attitude of a person to them will be recorded: whether the experiences were justified, how and why the person entered, how to behave. Thanks to this analysis, an anxious-hypochondriac person can see himself from the outside, and eventually the problem will necessarily be resolved.
