Give yourself some time. Be your own age, culture, society. Look through the pictures in magazines and the Internet, listen to yourself and answer the question - which figure do you really like? Try to draw it (at least schematically) on paper.

Now look at yourself in the mirror. How much is the same? Close? Well, then you are more or less harmonious with your body. "And did not lie next to it"? Think carefully - do you really like the image that you came up with, or is it still the influence of fashion or someone else's installations?

And let's learn to be objective to ourselves.

Take a large sheet of paper (a pair of Whatman papers will do). Attach it to the wall at the level of yourself and draw your own silhouette with a felt-tip pen. Then go back to this sheet and ask someone to help you - he traced your real silhouette around the body with a felt-tip pen of a different color. Now see how your fantasies coincide with their magnificent forms and reality. Quite often, we imagine ourselves much thicker than we are in the matter itself.
