Appetizer from eggs

- boiled tongue ;

- 2 cucumbers;

- 3 eggs;

- mayonnaise;

- a little greenery;

- several eggs;

- One Art. A spoonful of sugar;

- a glass of flour;

- 125 ml of milk;

- One Art. A spoon of butter;

- one teaspoon of fine raisins;

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon;

- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.

First of all, you need to mix thoroughly milk, flour, eggs and sugar in one container. It must be ensured that lumps do not form. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, reheat the frying pan and melt the butter. We begin to fry the resulting mass. Once the bottom of the omelet is cooked, sprinkle the top with raisins first, then with cinnamon. Next, turn the omelet very carefully on the other side, so that the raisins do not crumble, and tear it with two forks. It is important to completely fry the omelet and serve it hot.
