"Alenka" is a cake that everyone can cook

The "Alenka" cake, which does not require special skills and efforts in preparation, fits the criteria as best as possible. And what is more important, has in its composition natural products, which can be purchased in the store or even better - use the home.

Ways to prepare

Like all sweets of this kind, "Alenka" is a cake that consists of cakes, impregnations for them and cream. Depending on the amount of time that the landlady has, one can bake one cake, which then needs to be cut, or separately prepare twelve or fourteen cakes. The latter option is more laborious, but looks much more refined, and even the cakes can be soaked better, which will affect the tenderness of dessert.

For the test, you will need:

- Condensed milk (one pot);

- eggs of chicken (3 pieces);

- sour cream (200 ml, preferably 20% fat content);

- granulated sugar (150 grams);

- 2 cups of flour.

To do this, you need to beat eggs with sugar, pour condensed milk into a foamy mass, then sour cream, cover with soda, quench it with vinegar (or just pour out the contents of a bag with a baking powder). All thoroughly mixed, add sifted flour and mix again. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream and be monotonous, without lumps.

Next, in the prepared baking dish, greased with vegetable or butter, pour the resulting dough and level it. Bake first 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, then another 25-30 minutes, reducing the heat to 160 degrees.

Recipe # 2

"Alenka" is a cake that can be executed in several versions, but the condensed milk remains in the composition of its cream.

This recipe is different only in composition and quantity of cakes.

For the test, we need:

- sour cream (thick, 300 grams);

- eggs (2 pieces);

- butter (100 grams, softened);

- soda (1 teaspoon, extinguished with vinegar);

- flour (about 4 glasses).

Preparation of cakes

In the butter we add one egg and sour cream with the slaked soda, mix everything thoroughly and add a little flour. The dough should be elastic, because it will need to roll out about 12 thin cakes.

We spread the received first thin cake on a baking tray, lubricated with oil, pierce it a couple of times with a fork and send it to a preheated to 180 degrees oven for ten to twelve minutes.

- water (2 cups);

- cognac (3 tablespoons if the cake is cooked for adults).

It is necessary to boil water, add sugar to it, mix and, if desired, add alcohol to a slightly cooled liquid.

Making Cream

Ingredients for the preparation of cream:

- Butter (200 grams);

- a bank of condensed milk (you can prepare yourself).

In order to prepare the cream, you need to beat a little softened (but not melted) butter with condensed milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

During this time, the cake should be ready, we carefully take it out of the oven, but we can not remove it from the mold, we must wait until it cools down a little.

The cooled cake is cut along into three identical parts and put them on the boards.
