A healthy lifestyle is an active way of life. This is the axiom to argue with which, at least, is stupid. Regular exercise sports have a beneficial effect on the human body, strengthen its physical and psychological health, increase immunity. That's why it's hardly reasonable to neglect regular exercise. The question of how to lead an active lifestyle very often leads people into a dead end, but in reality it is not very difficult - just follow a number of simple and understandable instructions. Below are some of them.

To get rid of laziness is the number one task

Progress and modern conveniences provide a person with all the necessary benefits for life: people no longer make efforts to earn their living, build shelter and protect their homes from predators and bad weather.

The nature, once identified with a violent force, which no living creature is able to oppose in the minds of modern people, appears in the image of a heroically defeated tyrant whose power has always remained somewhere in the back streets of the past. Man imagines himself the crown of creation and, as a result, has acquired a lot of addictions, the main place among which, perhaps, is rightly lazy. Everyone knows for sure how destructive it affects the personality, how quickly it destroys and decomposes it.

A person throughout his life is in constant movement, and if he does not move forward very slowly, he certainly makes swift steps back. Laziness and an active way of life are incompatible concepts, so you need to get rid of idleness, which stops development, as soon as possible. Otherwise, nothing is to be expected except for the fiasco: the matter will certainly be thrown halfway, and the bitter taste of disappointment for a long time (perhaps even forever) will repel the desire to once again try.

More movements and sport activities

To find time for long training in the gym or aerobic room can sometimes be very difficult, but this does not mean that you have to put a cross on your decision to lead a physically active lifestyle. It is necessary to allocate a few hours of exercise, before getting rid of unnecessary distractions. So, for example, an hour and a half watching TV in the evening after work is preferable to go to a fitness club or jog in a nearby park. Hardly any missed reality show will be a significant loss, but physical exertion will positively affect overall well-being and provide a positive attitude.

Do not force yourself to do what is clearly not to your liking, but rather choose the kind of sport that pleases you personally. So, some people like to ride a bicycle, others prefer roller skates, others willingly play tennis and volleyball - human tastes are extremely diverse, but no one prevents you from listening to your own heart. Violence on top of itself will not lead to anything good, but will only cause stress and irritation.

How to relax properly?

For modern man, the concept of rest is almost a synonym for idleness. Most people spend time at home or, worse, spend precious hours of life on clubs, dubious companies and alcoholic fun. Need I say that the philosophy of an active way of life contradicts this kind of behavior and habits? For a good rest, for example, picnics on the nature, swimming in water, various sports games (bowling, volleyball, football, etc.), dances, hikes and much more.

Healthy Eating

Active way of life is not only the performance of regular physical exercises, but, first of all, responsible and sensitive attitude to one's health, and, accordingly, to one's nutrition. It is very important that the diet is maximally diverse and properly balanced, because food is essentially the main source of energy in the body. It is necessary to limit the use of sweets, fast carbohydrates, fats and introduce fresh vegetables and fruits, berries and complex carbohydrates (they contain, for example, cereals). Especially it is necessary to refuse such popular fast food. Instead of questionable production of fast food restaurants for snacking on study or work, you can buy yoghurts, curds and a variety of fruits, cook yourself porridge and casseroles. This not only does not take a significant amount of time, but it also maintains your health and well-being in good condition (which, for example, can not be said about fast food).

Drinking regimen and exercise

The value of water for the human body can hardly be overestimated: it participates in all metabolic processes and food digestion, removes toxins and accounts for about 80% of our muscle mass. Depending on the state of health, the level of stress, the intensity of exercise and weather, an adult needs 1.5 to 3 liters of water a day. However, it should be borne in mind that the principle "the more, the better" in this case does not work. Excessive amount of water increases the burden on the kidneys and, as a result, leads to disruption of their functioning, causes swelling and the appearance of seizures.

Compliance with hygiene

An active lifestyle without hygiene is impossible! An adult does not need to be reminded that you need to brush your teeth twice a day, take a shower regularly (not only once every 24 hours, but if possible after every sport), wash your hands before eating. These habits must be worked out before automatism or, if you like, to the state of the reflex. In addition, it is necessary to follow also the hygiene of the premises in which you work, play sports or live. It is necessary to regularly ventilate the rooms, as well as to carry out wet cleaning and disinfection of surfaces. This is necessary in order to protect themselves from dust and microbes and provide the body with sufficient oxygen.

The advantages of an active lifestyle

1. Health. Active lifestyle helps to avoid cardiovascular and oncological diseases, obesity, diabetes, as well as many respiratory and lung diseases. This, in turn, prolongs life, improves well-being and immunity, and also helps to increase endurance and keep it up to extreme old age.

2. Beautiful appearance. Many people dream of a beautiful pulled-up figure and smooth elastic skin. However, it is much more productive to act than to dream. Active way of life in this matter will be an excellent help. Of course, you can give yourself to be torn to plastic surgeons, but is it wise, when the best result can be achieved by living a full active life?

3. Slowing down the aging process. The active way of life and the problems of aging are closely interrelated. Scientists have proved that people who lead a passive lifestyle grow old much earlier than those who are active. Movement is life, and only it can delay the old age, the other is not given.

The regime of rest and labor

It is difficult to lead an active life, when on duty you have to sit 8 hours 5 times a week on a chair. Oddly enough, work in the office is associated with a number of so-called occupational diseases. Constant migraines, dry eye syndrome, "mouse disease", osteochondrosis, and a lot of digestive problems - and this is not the whole list of ailments associated with a sedentary lifestyle. In order to prevent them, you must regularly perform the following exercises:

- Charge for the eyes. It takes only a few minutes, but it effectively removes fatigue. There are also special drops with dry eye syndrome. In composition they resemble human tears and serve to moisturize the surface of the eyeball.

- Warm up. It is enough to perform simple exercises an hour like the torso of the body, the rotation of the head, stretching and squats. This, perhaps, is all that is required to know about how to start an active lifestyle. Remember that the main thing in this business is a clear motivation and will power: you must be sure that you want it, and know why you want it, and then the beginning will be more than successful.
