One of the most popular types of meat is beef. This is explained not only by the high content of vitamins and nutrients in this product, but also by its availability, and also by the relatively low price. Buying beef, first of all, it is necessary to pay attention to the period of release of meat, because the fresher it is, the better and more aromatic will be the dishes with it.

It adds two tablespoons of sifted flour. Separately, until golden brown, chopped onions are fried. Ingredients are joined together, three tablespoons of sour cream, salt, spices are added. The dish is stewed with the lid closed for about half an hour. It can be served with various side dishes, cereals, potatoes, pasta. There is a way how to cook beef stroganoff from beef with mushrooms. In this case, it is necessary to make the same manipulations as mentioned above, however, along with the onions, chop the cut mushrooms that connect with the meat.

It should be said that it is possible to cook beef from various broths and soups using meat on bones. Such dishes are rich and fragrant, however, not too fatty (as if to take pork or lamb for this purpose). Add to the broths can be almost any vegetables, combined to taste with each other. Do not be afraid to experiment, it is worth to rely on your own taste and desire for cooking.

You can take beef ribs for these purposes. There is a recipe for their preparation in the oven, which does not require special skills in cooking, but as a result, you can get a delicious dish for a festive table. For this, ribs are taken, films and veins are removed from them, if possible, after which they are cut into small portions. Before entering the oven, the meat must be marinated for a while. For marinade mix soy sauce, finely chopped greens, minced garlic, salt and spices. All this is laid out in the ribs, mixed. Now it is necessary to leave beef for one hour at room temperature, preferably, pressing down the press. This dish is prepared in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. You can close the mold, which will be baked ribs, foil, this will allow them to be saturated with a greater flavor.

It should be noted that this meat is perfectly combined with any cereals, vegetables and other products. However, of all the options for what to cook from beef, most prefer to make meat with mushrooms. It's not very difficult, but the result is delicious.

Speaking about what to cook from beef, you can not ignore the roast in Russian (as an option, the meat in the pots). For this, the meat is cut into small slices, fried to a golden color, placed on the bottom of a clay pot. Potatoes are peeled, cut in circles, and fried lightly with onions and put on top of meat. You can add carrots, mushrooms, celery and other vegetables. All this is poured with meat broth, salted, peppered, and put in the oven for 40 minutes. A few minutes before the end, a little sour cream is added to the dish. Finished stew is sprinkled with herbs.
