Neck baked in Finnish

This recipe for cooking pork, only seems complicated, in fact, its preparation does not require special knowledge, and the result will exceed all your expectations.
We need 1.5 - 2kg neck, 2 red onions, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon of berries (cranberries or cranberries), ground black pepper, olive oil and salt.
Pork neck should be washed, wiped with a paper towel and cut into not very thick pieces to 1.5 cm, not cutting to the end about 2 cm. The meat should be sprinkled with salt and pepper. After that, the foil is removed, and baked for about half an hour, but at a lower temperature, about 190 degrees, until the surface blushes. The prepared dish is taken out, cut into portions and topped with sauce.

Pork roll with spices and cheese

An unusual recipe for cooking pork, which is ideal for a festive table.
For preparation it is necessary: 1 kg of pork tenderloin, 3 bunches of greens (parsley, basil, thyme), red bell pepper, a handful of pistachios (peeled), 2 cloves of garlic, rosemary sprig, 150 g grated cheese, 50 g of dried tomatoes (canned) , 2 tablespoons of granular mustard. And also honey, pepper, salt, olive oil and a bottle of light beer.
Pork is washed, wiped with a paper towel, cut with a layer, covered with food film and very carefully discouraged. Then it is salted, peppered, sprinkled with cheese. Bulgarian red pepper is cut into small cubes, chopped pistachios, thyme, garlic, basil and tomatoes. Mass is spread on top of the cheese, then folded into a roll and left in this form for about 5 minutes. The roll is tightened with a tight thread and put into a mold. For sauce, mix mustard, honey, beer, bell pepper and rosemary leaves in one bowl, then grease the resulting roll. Bake the oven for 1,5-2 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees, periodically pouring it with sauce so that it does not turn out to be dry.

Pork medallions with garlic sauce

A simple and very delicious recipe for pork, which even a novice mistress can master.

Take 700 g of pork medallions, 40 grams of butter, olive oil, 250 grams of milk, garlic head, ground black pepper, salt, olive oil. First you need to make a sauce: in a saucepan, cook on small fire garlic in milk, until it softens (about 30 minutes). The mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper, whisked with a blender and briefly left. Olive oil is heated in a frying pan, which is strongly heated, and fry medallions until golden crust on both sides. Meat is laid out on a dish, and in the same frying pan heat the sauce, adding butter. Medallions are watered with sauce and served to the table.

Pork knuckle

We need: 1 - 1.5 shanks, mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 - 5 bay leaves, a bottle of beer, a couple of spoons of honey, olive oil, black ground pepper, large sea salt.
Garlic is pushed together with salt, pepper, garlic and laurel leaves, honey, soy sauce, olive oil and mustard are added there. On the rudder, make a few incisions, fill them with a marinade, and also cover the surface of the shank with it. After spread in the form, before pouring a bottle of beer on the bottom, and bake for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees, and then reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for another half hour until ready.
